Q. What is the Money Matrix?
A. It may sound complex but it really isn’t. Basically, it's a method of leveraging people who are all working together to help everyone receive and premier membership worth $1,500 by paying only $99.95. Q. What makes this Money Matrix so unique?

Q. What is a 2X2? Hybrid 2x2? 2X Infinity? Say what?
A. 2x2 refers to a triangle shape with you at the top, two people under you and two people under each of the two that are directly under you. A complete 2x2 is a total of six people. You may also hear our structure referred to as a hybrid 2x2. This means that we’ve taken a traditional rigid 2x2 matrix that has been used for many years, and we have reinvented it! The hybrid exists because we have take a 2x infinity structure and we have placed many 2x2 structures within this big 2x infinity structure. We mention infinity because in reality each person has there OWN 2X2 matrix INSIDE of one big 2X infinity structure. Don’t let that throw you. It just means that we’ve set this thing up for everyone to move through it quickly and benefit as much as possible.
Q. How much does it cost?
A.You pay $99.95 ONE TIME for the Matrix Membership, plus $9.95 for your marketing system, which includes this Free tour, 2 replicated websites, and lots of great marketing tools that will help you build a successful business online by using all the latest techniques of social networking, using social media, search engines, blogs, and much more
Q. How do I enroll?
Go to www.ncdriches.com and enter the email that you used previously to see the tour. Then click on the Join Now button and follow the instructions. Or you can login to your website that you received and click on the join link from your own FREE members back office.
Q. What does it mean to "cycle"
A. The term "cycle" refers to a member who has completed their 2x2 structure accumulating a total of 6 members (2 first level, 4 second level). Once a member cycles in Phase 1 there are 3 things that will happen. First, the member will earn a basic membership in Waiora for $29.95. Second, the member will earn an entry into our Phase 2 Money Matrix that is explained in another section. Finally, the member will earn a re-entry position that will be placed back into their enroller's money matrix. This position will become the new position where enrollments are placed under. A member will earn a new position each time they recycle.
Q. What does "recycling" mean?
A. One of the features that we have built in is the concept of recycling. This simply means that once you complete cycle 1 of the two part matrix, you get another position (recycle) within phase 1 again. So, without having to pay anything else, you get another shot at earning more credit in the marketing system! That is revolutionary and a member can earn an unlimited amount of recycles without having to pay for them. Each recycled position will be placed under the original enroller in their next available position within their 2x2 structure.
Q. What is a “time stamp”?
A. That simply refers to the fact that you and everyone else get a time stamp the moment you hit the submit button on the ncdriches.com page you came in on. Everything is hinged on that time stamp. It gives you a “hold my place in line” rights for the week. Let’s say you took the matrix tour on Tuesday at 9 am. It means that you will be ahead of EVERYONE else that came in after 9 am Tuesday all the way up to 12 midnight ET the next Monday. So, if you upgrade by paying the $99.95 before the Monday after the Tuesday you took the tour, you will be placed in the matrix before dozens or hundreds of others that came in after you that week, even if they “paid” before you did. Now, if you aren’t quite ready to dive in the first week, you will have up to 90 days to decide and your time stamp will place you in front of all others that come after you. Of course, the longer you wait, the more folks that made the decision to join will be moving ahead of you.
Q. Do I receive a FREE Website?
A. Yes, when you sign up to get more information we will give you a FREE replicated website to invite other people to look at the opportunity. You will also be given a back office with some basic management features that will help you build a team before you spend any money.
Q. The matrix only fills once per week?
A. Yes, the Money Matrix fill each Monday at 12 midnight ET or 9 pm PT. There are some very good benefits of this including a natural urgency that we can build in prospects each week to join the matrix before the weekly deadline. Auto emails will go out (you may have seen them yourself) that will remind folks the deadline is coming and they may want to jump in before many other folks go ahead of them.
Q. Is this a pyramid scheme?
A. No. A pyramid is collecting money and just moving that money around. The matrix is a marketing system that leverages everyone’s money to get tangible real products and supplies that will have you on your way to a true home business. Additionally, you are not being paid by referring other people, your money comes from buying product so you can feel comfortable knowing you are engaging in a legitimate business opportunity.
Q. Will you sell my contact data?
A. ABSOULTEY NOT... All contact data is kept private and secure. There will be only 1 person with access to your email address and that will be your enroller. NCDriches has a strict policy on SPAM and solicitation and there will be no warnings for such actions. Termination will be immediate and final.
Q. What is “spillover”?
A. Spillover refers to the fact that in any matrix, especially with one like ours that recycles, there will be extra positions that have to be placed somewhere. So, once a person completes a cycle, whether in phase 1 or 2, that position will be replaced into the big infinity matrix in the next available spot (spillover could happen by receiving one of these placements but it should not be expected). Of course, it is always better to get your own sponsored folks which will always go right under you. But you will benefit from time to time when folks sponsored by others fall in your own 2 x 2. Again, this is a super benefit that helps everyone move more quickly through the matrix into the company.
Q. When completing a phase 2 cycle I earn $1,500 and $1,000 for each recycle?
A. Yes, After you complete your first FULL cycle in the Money Matrix you will receive a $1,500 which will be used to pay for your $1,500 Waiora membership upgrade. With this membership upgrade you will receive over $1,000 worth of products and you will be qualified to earn at the highest level of compensation On each recycle in Phase 2 you will earn $1,000 that will also be paid to you in credit. This credit can be used to build your business. This money WILL NOT be paid directly to you because the Money Matrix is simply a marketing tool to help you leverage folks into Waiora at a lower price point. We don't pay commissions... Waiora is the only one that pays commission. So you will earn Credit that can be used just like cash.

Q. So how and where do I earn my commissions?
A. When you enroll a new member who earns their $1,500 package you will be paid a $500 commission from Waiora. In addition you will earn $100 for each second level person (which is all of the members you enroll who enroll a new member) and $50 for each 3rd level person. This is all paid to you directly from Waiora.
